  • IEEE member fee: The full registration IEEE member fee requires that all those who register in this category must provide a valid IEEE member number.
  • Reduced registration fee: Reduced registration fees are only available to IEEE Student members and IEEE Life members. Those non-members who wish to register as a student must first become an IEEE student member. A person can only qualify for the reduced student rate if they provide a copy of their current and valid IEEE student membership card or provide an IEEE student membership card. In additional, all IEEE Life members are eligible for the reduced registration fee. Such individuals should provide proof of such status.
  • Additional paper fee: Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation of one paper only; each additional paper incurs an additional fee of $200. Every fourth paper submitted by the same authors is required to pay a full registration fee. In other words if a single author submits 5 papers, the first and fourth paper require full registration fees while the second, third and fifth papers require the additional paper fee. Please indicate clearly with your registration the paper tracking number(s) that you wish to connect to your registration.
  • Additional page: Papers will only be accepted if formatted according to IEEE SMC 2007 specification, see the Paper Submission page. Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages in length) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed. An additional page fee of $60 per page applies for over-length papers (of 7 or 8 pages); papers exceeding 8 pages will be refused.
